During the Venetian occupation period and the years after it was the most prestigious district of the island and until this day it retains elements of that period.

The most picturesquearea of the island is Bochali, 1.5 km from the villa. From Bochali you can admire not only the city and its harbor but also the endless blue of the Ionian Sea, Argassi and Laganas bay. You can also visit the Venetian castle which is just 100 meters from the central square of the suburb.

The sandy beach of Tsilivi, the second largest and one of the most beautiful beaches of the island is just 1.5km away from the villa.

In Tsilivi and Zakynthos town, both 2km from the villa, you can find souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, night clubs, banks, museums and anything you need.
